Payments

Participants from other countries can pay both registration fee and accommodation by arrival to the conference place (“Zarya”). The payment should be done in roubles. The approx. rate is 1 dollar = 30 roubles, 1 euro = 40 roubles.

The registration fee includes publication of Abstract Book, payment for renting conference room and special equipment, coffee breaks.

Registration fee is as follows:

• 1000 roubles – for Students, PhD students, young scientists (up to 30 years old). To confirm your status, please provide an appropriate document (for Students and PhD students) or CV (for Young scientists)
• 5000 roubles – for researches from state institutions and universities
• 8000 roubles – for industrials and companies

Accomodation in Zarya includes 3 meals per day and is as follows:

• Single room 3500 roubles/day
• Double room 1900 roubles/day (for one person)
• Accomodation of students, PhD students and Young scientists (up to 30 years old) in triple room – 1000 roubles/day (for one person).

To get this accommodation, Students and PhD students should provide an appropriate document, while Young scientists should provide poster or oral (15 min).
